It is so curious.. it's been more than a month since I was back from the Dubai trip, and I have not managed to upload here a single word. I would like to think that it is not because I have done no interesting things these days, but instead that I do not feel myself forced to write... and even lazier when the logical choice is to write in English or Swedish..!
Some days ago, Barcelona was under the coldest days in the whole winter, at the chilling temperatures of 7ºC at noon; the only time I checked Göteborg's temperature was -4ºC. People down here should be aware of how lucky we are...! And I think they are; it is great, to be allowed to enjoy a glass of cava outdoors in the middle of the winter..
For those who do not know what is this cava thing about, just a few words: is every bit as good as champagne, but much more affordable...
Ok, I agree, an excellent Agustí Torelló 2006 Brut Nature bottle might not have the same glamour as a Louis Roederer Cristal; but just attend to a well worth cava tasting session as we did last week, and maybe you change your mind..
